“People want to be happy, and all the other things they want are typically meant to be a means to that end.” – Daniel Gilbert…Where we tend to get distracted is chasing after the steps that will make us happy rather than taking the direct route and find joy in the present moment.

“Beware of the gap: the gap between where you are and where you want to be. Simply thinking of the gap widens it, and you end up falling through.” -Matt Haig…Potential to be more then what we currently are is in all of us. What keeps many of us from attaining that is fear. Fear of action. Fear of failure. Fear of success. Fear of not being enough.

“Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance, you must keep moving.”-Albert Einstein…Balance is created when we keep trying. Balance occurs when we keep striving to calm our minds, take note of what we need, reflect on if a decision aligns with ourselves. Balance is constant and curious.

I largely work with anxious people pleasers searching for identity, confidence and those ever important boundaries. I utilize Emotional Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to better help my clients achieve their goals.

I teach tools for effective communication and connecting. We also work on the emotional undercurrent of your relationship,

Since I met Jacqueline, I was up front and honest with her, letting her know I had 2 other therapists I was reaching out to so I could get a new therapist. She was understanding and actually listened to me and made me feel heard, even though our conversations have been over zoom (nothing wrong with Zoom, I love the convenience of it). She has a way to get you to expand on certain areas and make realizations you didn't know you needed to make. I am absolutely grateful that she is my therapist/life coach and I hope everyone else who is considering her, just meet with her, she will win you over!Posted on Marisa GarciaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. But when I decided to go again to work on things I came across Jackie. Who really has changed my bad experience to a wonderful one. The way she asks questions and takes the time to really help, and process things. When I’ve had a “hard session” she will follow up to make sure I’m feeling okay. She’s been really helpful with helping me navigate through my stuff. I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough. I look forward to our sessions. ❤️Posted on JRebecca HarrisonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
