Fear of action. Fear of failure. Fear of success. Fear of not being enough.
“Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance, you must keep moving.”-Albert Einstein…Balance is created when we keep trying. Balance occurs when we keep striving to calm our minds, take note of what we need, reflect on if a decision aligns with ourselves. Balance is constant and curious.

I am a clinically trained therapist and life coach. I am a certified Life Coach from Coach Training Alliance which is accredited by the International Coaching Federation. My undergrad was completed at University of Florida, where I learned a valuable skill set and a base for my continuing knowledge.
I teach tools for effective communication and connecting. We also work on the emotional undercurrent of your relationship,
including igniting feelings of desire and romance.
I utilize three main modalities known as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Gottman Method (for couples) . I specialize in those with depression, anxiety, and a life unfulfilled.
