I can not tell you how many times I have had a client say, “What would be a good book that you suggest to work on myself?” I often find myself frozen in the isle of the library that is my brain unclear on where to start. There are so many pieces of literature from some very intelligent or experienced people. Where do I begin?
This part of my website is my attempt to provide that for my clients, or just fellow wellness enthusiasts. There are so many self help, or growth books. Some a little ‘woo woo’ and some that read like a college thesis so I will try to give a few options.
Their will also be some products that are more holistic in nature. I debated providing this since my scope is mainly the mind, but these suggestions for certain products have had some great improvements on myself and my clients. I didn’t feel right keeping that to myself.
I will give the regular disclaimer I am not an MD, nutritionist, physical therapist or any other awesome medical profession that has a different set of training. So I implore you to check with your primary care physician and explore if what is being suggested in general will work for your specific needs.
