I tried to go beyond just mental health, because after all everything is connected and if your not healthy physically or “spiritually” its going to be a harder lift to get their emotionally.
Here you can take what benefits you and leave what doesn’t. I am not the ‘all knowing’ so if you disagree with something please look for more knowledge on the matter.
